Bible Archaeology

This year-long high school course introduces students to the field of biblical archaeology, exploring the ancient cultures of the Middle East and Israel, key archaeological discoveries, and how these findings intersect with the biblical narrative. Students will gain foundational archaeological skills, analyze primary sources, and evaluate the historical reliability of biblical events using archaeological evidence. The curriculum is designed to align with Tennessee’s academic standards and scope and sequence expectations for high school social studies and elective courses
